- Latasha Rosich Added December 05, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Rita's furniture is a gem of a place, and it has a fantastic selection of furniture, located in what looks like a Barn in Owenton, KY. How Fun! We searched all over KY for the perfect couch that will withstand two cats, a dog, and our two kiddos. The staff at Rita's listened to our concerns and made recommendations. We purchased two flex steel custom made couches that are super comfortable, durable, and perfect for our family. The prices are great, and you won't ever regret visiting.

You are not pressured to buy something other than what you're shopping for. Staff is so very nice and professional. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Rita's to anyone!
- Gie Craft Added November 13, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. I ordered a desk and was told it would be 4 weeks to get it. Other retailers were showing it was in stock on-line. I called weekly for an update but was brushed off by the manager who was too lazy to actually call the manufacturer for an estimated date. After 4 weeks I did finally get a callback but it was to inform me that it will be at least another 6 weeks because it’s on backorder. Why couldn’t a furniture store in good standing with their manufacturers find out it was on backorder when the order was placed. They graciously agreed to cancel my order but only if they could keep the 30% down payment which of course I am not giving them. The manager is rude and very accusatory. Save yourself the hassle and shop at The Cherry House or even Value City,
